It included ice-breaking activities for families and a full day of sightseeing in Jodhpur, where participants visited the city’s historic landmarks. To mark its 100th anniversary, Festo hosted a grand two-day celebration at the Radisson Blu Resort in Karjat. The event brought together 450 to 500 guests for an unforgettable mix of engagement, celebration, and inspiration.
On Day 1, the evening kicked off with energetic performances by Festo employees, showcasing their talents and team spirit. The stage, sound, lighting, and custom branding were all aligned with Festo’s centennial identity, setting a celebratory tone for the night.
Day 2 focused on a corporate conference, where leadership sessions and presentations were held. The event was supported by top-tier AV setups, and the final part of the day featured a stylish cocktail evening, complete with a DJ, curated lighting, and a lively atmosphere for networking and celebration. On the opening day of Roche’s new office in Pune, the company hosted a vibrant one-day event for 300 guests. At the beautiful Aamby Valley, surrounded by nature, the Corporate Culture put together a night of colorful Bollywood for the approx. 700 guests in the Thermax "Heat Factor" celebrations. The night was marked by powerful entertainment and sensory experiences that togetherness, performance, and team spirit.
The audience was entertained by a very energetic series of performances done by the employees, the 5 Pis Live band and a DJ party that drew in the people even more with their music and kept the party atmosphere alive all night long. The Bollywood night was quite a sight as it had a very professional stage, lighting, sound, and visuals and together with the meticulous planning the event became a masterpiece in terms of its flow and timings. The party was a successful combination of the people, performances, and entertainment that reflected the lively culture of Thermax and offered the participants a night full of memories and energy.
Corporate Culture took the lead in organizing Roche’s Sports Day at Sunnys World, thus uniting approximately 600 participants for an entire day filled with teamwork, energy, and fun. The eight sports activities not only enabled participation but also promoted competition in a healthy manner while the DJ playing high-energy music was the one to take the mood up.
Perfect arrangement of games, coordination without a hitch, and complete safety management allowed the event to be carried out smoothly from start to finish. The Sports Day was not only a success in the aspect of improving teamwork, health promotion, and boosting morale, but also in giving the participants an interactive, fun-filled, and unforgettable experience.
Corporate Culture executed JCAF’s Foundation Day at Raymonds Banquets, Thane, welcoming approximately 1,600 attendees for a landmark celebration of knowledge, networking, and entertainment. The event was a mixture of enlightening speaker sessions, AI and marketing panels, and wealth management discussions which were all very well connected to the high-energy performances of the 8 Pis Band and a lively DJ party.

Corporate Culture made the Bali, Indonesia-based Control Case a 3-day/2-night Corporate Conference and Leisure Retreat event that skillfully merged business motives and pleasure activities. The reception was very smooth and the participants were transferred to the Sheraton Grand Kuta Resort, where a warm welcome dinner was held with an authentic traditional Balinese dance performance.
The second day was all about properly organized conference sessions which were very well supported by professional technical setups, and it ended with an elegant cocktail dinner that promoted networking and team building. The program also included an easy-going day with optional sightseeing, and thus, the participants smoothly departed, which all contributed to a relaxed and unforgettable finish to the retreat.
